Hazırlanışı;

1.1 kg pırasayı halka şeklinde ince ince doğrayalım.
2.Tencereye 1 adet yemeklik doğranmış soğan ve 2 diş sarımsağı alarak sıvıyağda kavuralım.
3.Pırasayıda ekleyip hafifçe kavurduktan sonra tuz,
4.karabiber ve pulbiber ilave edip karıştıralım.
5.Daha sonra üzerine 1 çay bardağı su ekleyip karıştıralım ve kapağını kapatarak orta ateşte pişmeye bırakalım.
6.Pişen pırasalarımızı servis tabağına alıp soğumaya bırakalım.
7.Üzerine 1 kase çırpılmış yoğurt gezdirelim.
8.Son olarak tereyağında kızdırdığımız pulbiberle süslediğimiz yoğurtlu pırasa kavurmamız servise hazır.
