Success in MLM and network marketing online means learning a lot of different skill sets and taking on many challenges. Far too often new home business entrepreneurs think that coming online means not having to talk to anybody or not having to do anything special to achieve success. False!
Online network marketing is just as challenging as it is offline. Why? Because people are involved.
But despite all the new skills sets, and disciplines that must be learned to have a presence online and build a strong network marketing business, I believe that success comes down to one basic requirement...
The willingness to put yourself out there.
You see what I have learned is that there are a plethora of online marketing strategies you can use to achieve success in your MLM business. There is no shortage of new technologies or simple to advanced strategies to crush it your home biz.
But when its all said and done, the core activity it all comes down to is putting yourself out there. Exposing yourself and creating value that you leave on the internet. It can be a video, social media post, blog post, article, podcast, pictures, etc.
But the challenge is that most of us including myself at one point feel that we may not be worthy. We feel that we have no value to put on the internet. We feel that we will be judged, ridiculed, made fun of, laughed, etc. Sometimes we feel that it's just not worth the hassle to risk someone pointing and hating on us.
This is probably why network marketing is one the greatest professions ever. MLM is really a personal development journey with a compensation structure attached to it. In other words, the more you grow yourself as a person and leader, the more you will be compensated. Why?
Because more people will follow you. And that is why getting over the fear of what others think of us is one of the biggest lessons we can learn as an entrepreneur. Not giving a damn what the naysayers shall say, telling our minds to shut up, and getting ourselves to take action on the things that will lead success to us.
