Arap tavası Hatay yöresine ait bir yemektir. Ama bazı illerde farklı şekillerde yapılmaktadır. Pratik bir yemektir. İçine koyulan malzemeler küçük küçük doğranıp, kıymayla birlikte karıştırılır ve tepsiye döşenip fırına verilir. Bu yemeğin özelliği bol acılı ve yağlı olmasıdır. Ama siz istediğiniz şekilde yapabilirsiniz. Sizler de akşam yemeğine gelen misafirlerinize değişik tatlarda yemekler hazırlamak isterseniz, tarifimizi denemeyi unutmayın. Hazırlanışı;
1.Fırın tepsisine 750 g kıyma,Küçük küçük doğranmış 6 adet patates,Doğranmış 3 adet kırmızı biber,6 adet yeşil biber,1 adet soğan,2 adet domates,1 baş sarımsak,2 yemek kaşığı biber salçası,yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağ,1 yemek kaşığı pulbiber,1 tatlı kaşığı karabiber,2 tatlı kaşığı tuz,2 su bardağı suyu alarak iyice karıştıralım.
2.Malzemeler güzelce harmanlandıktan sonra tepsimizde elimizle güzelce düzleyelim.
3.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında yaklaşık 45 dk pişirelim.
4.Yemeğimiz servise hazır.
