Once again, we are not smarter than they are, but we are also not playing by the same rules. They have VERY strict guidelines to follow. Why do they need to concentrate on low-end performance improvements so much? Is it because the performance robbing restrictions they are forced to put in place to control noise and emissions FORCE them to creatively compensate? If so, the real question is… can we do better?
A true motorcycle performance enthusiast’s dream come true! In this episode of ‘Stock to Brock’, Brock’s Performance owner, Brock Davidson, dives deep into the theory behind full exhaust system development for our 2017 GSX-R1000 project bike. Brock addresses looks, sound, weight reduction and answers the question, “Will we measure a true performance increase over stock?”
