http://www.problemio.comHere is the full blog post tutorial about how to find business partners and cofounders
http://glowingstart.com/look-business-partner/In this video, I explain how to find business partners and start-up co-founders. The things you want to look for in a potential start-up co founder or business partner are integrity, reputation for honesty and hard work, a track record of success, and many other things.
You also want to work with business partners with whom you have worked together before. If your start-up co founders are people with whom you have worked together in the past, it tends to increase the chance of the project's success. That information comes from Paul Graham, founder of Y-Combinator which is the most successful start-up incubator in the world. Paul Graham openly discusses his preference to accept teams of business partners and co founders into his incubator who have worked together before.
It might seem simple to find business partners of startup co-founders, but in reality, it is extremely difficult to find great business partners. Perhaps finding ok business partners is doable. But what you really need are great business partners. And those kinds of people are very difficult to find. So you will have to do quite a bit of networking and other techniques before you find a great start-up co founder.

In my own experience working with business partners, when I was a less experienced entrepreneur, I would invite people into my projects and let them prove themselves. But that open mindedness often resulted in lots of my own time being wasted. So now I am much more selective about who I consider inviting as a business partner or a start-up co founder. And that too has its pros and cons. I encourage you too, to be very selective when you look for potential business partners. Only invite great potential business partners and don't settle for mediocre business partners.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OURdhu3AVNIAbout the Site π
This site provides links to random videos hosted at YouTube, with the emphasis on random. π₯
Origins of the Idea π±
The original idea for this site stemmed from the need to benchmark the popularity of a video against the general population of YouTube videos. π§
Challenges Faced π€
Obtaining a large sample of videos was crucial for accurate ranking, but YouTube lacks a direct method to gather random video IDs.
Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. π
Creating Truly Random Links π οΈ
The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.
About YouTube πΊ
YouTube, an American video-sharing website based in San Bruno, California, offers a diverse range of user-generated and corporate media content. π
Content and Users π΅
Users can upload, view, rate, share, and comment on videos, with content spanning video clips, music videos, live streams, and more.
While most content is uploaded by individuals, media corporations like CBS and the BBC also contribute. Unregistered users can watch videos, while registered users enjoy additional privileges such as uploading unlimited videos and adding comments.
Monetization and Impact π€
YouTube and creators earn revenue through Google AdSense, with most videos free to view. Premium channels and subscription services like YouTube Music and YouTube Premium offer ad-free streaming.
As of February 2017, over 400 hours of content were uploaded to YouTube every minute, with the site ranking as the second-most popular globally. By May 2019, this figure exceeded 500 hours per minute. π
