本当に食べれるミニチュア料理♪
本日は、『Bacon Epi ベーコンエピ』です♪
春じゃないけど、パン祭り~(≧▽≦)♡
ちょっと、パンに力を入れて作ってみようと思います(^_-)-☆
っと言っても、パンは一次発酵、二次発酵と、とっても手間と時間がかかってしまうので・・(;´∀｀)
手軽にパン作りを体験出来る、超時短簡単レシピで作ってみたいと思います(^_-)-☆
パンの材料は・・ホットケーキミックス・水（又は牛乳）のみ。
ホットケーキミックスに少し砂糖が入っているので、ほんのり甘い生地になってしまいますが・・
実際に本当に食べられます('ω')ノ
パンの様なふんわり感はかけますが・・
普通に美味しいです(^_-)-☆
手軽にパンを作ってみたい方、パン作りの練習や、ご家庭でおやつ感覚て簡単に作って頂けるので、是非(^_-)-☆
生地もパン生地にそっくりです(*ﾉωﾉ)
今回は、エピ(^_-)-☆
実は、実際には作った事がないんですが、ミニチュアでチャレンジしてみました(*´▽｀*)♡
（実は、ミニチュアで初めての料理もあったりしてます (笑)）
エピってパン屋さんで見ると、とっても魅力的ですよね(^_-)-☆
フランスパンと並び、パン屋さんには絶対あるパン、エピ♡
フランス語で、エピは、稲穂の意味だそうで、だから、こんな形してるんですね(^_-)-☆

The miniature dish which I can really eat ♪
It is "Bacon Epi ベーコンエピ" today ♪
In spring bread Festival ~ (≧▽≦) ♡
Hey, (^_-) which intends to lay emphasis on bread, and to make it - ☆
