Rice powder ( i used Lulu Rice powder ) - 1.5 cups
Water - 3 and a quarter cup
Scraped coconut - half a cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt

Prawns perattu
INGREDIENTS
Prawns - 500 gm
Marinate with little turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger garlic paste and salt

For the gravy
Onion - 1, big, finely sliced
Shallots - 10, chopped
Tomato - 1, chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chili - 2 nos
Cumin powder - 1.5 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Salt
Pepper powder - quarter tsp
Curry leaves
