So that you can cook chapathi instantly without any mess. Chapati or roti is a simple and healthy indisn bread using wheat flour which is served along with curry recipes or served along with any main dishes or can even used for making Chapati rolls, wraps or sandwiches. We can make chappathi in different ways. Few things to be noted while making Chapati dough are as follow. For making Soft Chapati, you must knead the dough with required water. A hard dough will not result in soft Chapati. The dough must be Kneaded until soft to make Soft and Perfect Chapati. Let it be sticky and don't be tempted to add flour. You must knead it until it comes together to form a soft dough. While rolling the Chapati you should keep in mind that you must roll it as round as you can for making perfect puffed Chapati. All sides of the Chapati must have same thickness for making puffed Chapati. Chapati must be cooked on a high flame which is very important for making Soft Chapati. Do not cook Chapati over low and medium flame. More over while cooking Chapati, do not flip the roti more. Just flip once for making perfect puffed Chapati.
