Grade Your Setups To Allow You To Trade Bigger Size.

I know of very big traders who will adjust the size massively but I also know of others who stick to a fixed position size. Both are doing well in the markets - which one is right? I like to sit on the side where when things are lining up for you, you pull the trigger and you push your chips right in. Of course if you just increase the size randomly or based on a hunch that is going to be a recipe for disaster because you can't measure, quality of quantify it. One way of doing this is to grade your setups and irrespective of the trade size I think you should do this regardless because you really want to take the very best trades unless you're forced to take lesser traders. You shouldn't really take anything that is graded C or D. OK. Redoing
Example (this is for me):
A - flags, fakeouts and pullback trades (can quantify the risk best)
B - 3 minute cycle trades, VWAP pullback, opening drive trade, gap fill (risk is a bit wider)
C - trend line breaks, head and shoulders, double tops or bottoms
D - anything else - test
