Ingredients:-
2 cup fresh Fenugreek leaves. blanched, cooled and chopped roughly
½ cup Green Peas, boiled
2 tbsp. oil
2 Bay leaves
1/2 tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 tsp. Ginger, Garlic paste
1 Onion boiled and ground to paste
10 Cashews boiled along with onion and ground to Paste
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Fresh cream
Salt as required
Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan and add bay leaves, cumin seeds, stir for 30-40 seconds.
- Add boiled onion and cashew paste and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappears. Add coriander powder and red chili powder and mix well.
- add the tomato paste and cook till oil seperates. Add garam masala powder, sugar and salt.
- Add the cream/malai and mix well. add boiled green peas and methi leaves/fenugreek and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.
- Add water to adjust the consistency
